The Belarusian Cultural Society "Chatka" is the first and oldest Belarusian non-governmental organization in Pomerania, officially representing the Belarusian national minority in the Tricity metropolitan area for 30 years.

 

For many years, the Society’s activities have focused on preserving the national identity and awareness of Belarusians, developing Belarusian language and culture, and fostering artistic and academic cooperation with creators and organizations from Belarus and Poland.

BCS "Chatka" organizes numerous literary events, traditional national celebrations, exhibitions, conferences, festivals, and various other cultural and socio-political initiatives.

Since 2020, the activities of BCS "Chatka" have reached a new level. In cooperation with numerous partners, we have organized free Polish language courses, solidarity actions and marches, created exhibitions, and hosted a wide range of concerts and literary meetings.
